Our platform is 100% risk free for our Hosts, and to ensure piece of mind, we first screen all prospective Guests with our in-depth Guest Screening Process, with criminal history checks and credit reports, we stand behind our Guests. In addition, we will also find a qualified Guest as quickly as possible to reduce vacancy.
The Property Guarantee is in place to protect rental home owners (referred to as “Host”) and their property. If there is ever an incident where a tenant is responsible for damage to your rental property that is above and beyond the deposit, 2nd Address will reimburse up to $10,000 for property damage.
For all cases of property damage, the Host should first attempt to resolve the complaint with the Guest. In case of an emergency, police should be called first, then contact your 2nd Address Host Support.
